We Offer a Variety of Preventative Protection Plans

Yearly Plan

Preventative maintenance covers all insects except termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes, wildlife, and lantern flies. All other insects and rodents are covered under this agreement. With the plan, you get 3 preventative applications during spring, summer, and fall, and unlimited in-between services as needed. This includes carpenter ants, carpenter bees, stink bugs, fleas, ticks, bees, wasps, hornets, digger wasps, yellow jackets, roaches, flies, and spiders. We can add protection for any insect not listed for an additional fee.

Reactive Service

This plan is to treat the immediate problems at hand. This is a one-time application and one follow-up service. Any additional service that is needed after the follow-up will be billed accordingly. 

Tick & Mosquito Preventative Program

This program runs from May until the end of September. It includes five applications, once per month, and free emergency applications in between. Ideal for anyone who is looking for a reduction in ticks and mosquitoes, and who would enjoy spending more time outside not getting bit.

Bed Bug Service Agreement 

Combines steam heat application along with insecticide application. Typically includes multiple applications depending on the severity of the situation. 

Inspection Service

General pest and rodent inspection of your home or business, informing of any past, present, or possible future issues.

Termite Warranty Agreement

If no termites are preset during an inspection, this program offers a warranty and 1 yearly inspection for termites. Should any active termites be discovered while under this warranty, there is no charge for the treatment. The client may renew the warranty yearly.

Termite Baiting Agreement 

Termite bait stations are installed around the structure and monitored 3x per year. If active termites are discovered, active termite bait cartridges will be placed in the station to eradicate termites.

Termite Liquid Treatment 

Liquid treatment of Termidor will be applied to the exterior of the structure. We will create an invisible line of defense against present and future infestations.
